Projects in the works

I've got 2 projects currently in the works.
I found a pattern for "Dragon Skin" - I already finished a pair of gauntlets (bracers)

They are 7 inches long, 8 inches at the wrist and 10 inches at the forearm. Made from worsted wight acrylic yarn.

I have now started a bracelet in shades of green, white and blue.  Made from crochet cotton.

It's about 2 inches wide and about half done. I haven't decided yet how to do the closure.

I also started some crochet chainemaille made from POP TOPS!!!

It's a little bulky, so I'm thinking just a tote bag for the finished product.

Summer Crochet

This is the dinosaur

Normally, I only crochet in the winter time and then I usually only work on afghans and such.  For some reason, maybe it's the air conditioning keeping it cool in the house and my hermitizing (not leaving the house much)  I started crocheting.  It all started with a stuffed dinosaur for my youngest grandson.  Then it progressed to various other stuffed animals and some hats.  And now I am experimenting with different crochet stitches that I have never tried before! Here are a few pictures with more to come!!!
